Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Compliance Operations Senior Analyst (Health, Safety & Environment) fluent in Dutch to lead safety, compliance and continuous improvement across our Netherlands operations. You will ensure legal compliance with Dutch Arbowet and Equinix standards, drive risk-based audits, investigate incidents and support ISO certifications.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Health & Safety, Compliance or EHS roles.
• Experience in regulated, technical or operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch health and safety law (Arbowet).
• Experience managing audits, inspections and management systems.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from frontline to C-suite.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE and compliance programs across multiple sites.
• Act as trusted advisor to site leadership on safety and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch Arbowet and Equinix requirements.
• Plan and execute risk-based audits, inspections and assurance activities.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Develop RI&E assessments, procedures, and management systems.
• Coordinate internal and external audits (ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
• Analyze safety performance data and report trends to leadership.
• Foster a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain awareness of legislation and best practices.
• Build relationships with contractors, suppliers, and auditors.
