Job summary

Equinix is the world’s digital infrastructure company, seeking a Compliance Operations Senior Analyst (Health, Safety & Environment) to lead safety, compliance and continual improvement across the Netherlands data centres.

You will partner with site leadership, drive risk-based audits, investigate incidents, and implement ISO 45001/14001 programs while strengthening a proactive safety culture. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with regular travel within the Netherlands.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Health & Safety, Compliance or EHS in regulated environments.
Experience in data centres or critical infrastructure is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Dutch Health & Safety legislation (Arbowet) and practical application.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery and continuous improvement of HSE and compliance programmes across multiple sites.
Serve as trusted HSE advisor to site leadership and support risk management.
Ensure compliance with Dutch regulations and Equinix standards; manage audits and inspections.
