Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an EHS role, preferably in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Dutch labor laws and machine directives.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Internal auditing qualifications for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Willingness to work shifts or weekends if required and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the site environmental, health, and safety management systems and procedures.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments and legal compliance audits.
• Analyze EHS risk assessment data and update senior management.
• Conduct investigations of EHS events and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor and drive site EHS performance.
