Job summary

ERM is seeking a motivated Environment and Health & Safety (EHS) consultant to join our Safe and Sustainable Operations (SSO) team in the Netherlands. You will support clients in understanding and complying with environmental and health & safety legislation, permitting, approvals, and risk assessments.

At SSO-Netherlands, you will work on diverse projects for national and international clients in Technology, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, and Waste Management, collaborating with ERM colleagues

Qualifications

• Clear, concise technical documentation skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in consulting or industry.
• Ability to manage priorities and contribute in project teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of EHS standards, EIAs, and technical reports.
• Support execution of EHS audits and compliance assessments.
• Assist with due diligence reports, risk assessments, and EHS procedures.
• Collaborate with ERM teams to deliver high-quality deliverables within scope, budget and schedule.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and professionalism.
• Work with ERM colleagues across teams and geographies.
