Job summary

Green Smart Mobility (GSM) is expanding into Europe and building its European operations from the ground up. As a Senior HR Specialist, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, while supporting planning, people development and compliance.

You will own HR planning systems, service delivery, compensation, benefits, and labor law compliance, working closely with HR leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in Senior HR or HR Specialist role.
• Solid hands-on experience with payroll processing and administration.
• Good knowledge of Labor Law, Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance, and HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS systems; SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
• Experience in ride-hailing, transportation, logistics, or fast-growing companies is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• HR Planning & System Management: Develop and execute quarterly/annual HR plans; improve HR systems/policies; track progress; maintain HR data.
• HR Service Delivery: Manage employee lifecycle; provide guidance on employee relations; maintain records; ensure timely HR services.
• Compensation & Benefits Support: Coordinate payments and benefits; payroll coordination; PIT reporting; social insurance compliance.
• Labor Law Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws; support employee relations; coordinate with unions; assist HR audits.
