Job summary

Yardi Systems is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support Europe-wide HR processes and strategic initiatives, including the UK, Netherlands, and other countries. You will advise managers and employees, shape the employee experience, and help build high-performing teams while handling sensitive employee relations issues.

You will partner with Office Managers and payroll to ensure smooth benefits, investigations, and policy management, with travel across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five (5) years of human resources experience preferably at a medium to large-sized company
• Strong working experience with HR practices in Netherlands and UK; other European countries such as France, Germany and Poland would be a plus.
• You are expected to work in the Amsterdam office at least 2-3 days a week, and there will be occasional business travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across core functions: employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, policy reviews, and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with Office Managers on site and payroll colleagues to ensure smooth HR and Benefits administration
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases, including investigations, performance issues, and terminations, while proactively mitigating risks.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects that enhance employee engagement, alignment, and inclusion across the region.
