Fastned UK Limited is seeking a People Operations Lead to scale our HR backbone across Europe. You will lead a high-performing team, own end-to-end employee lifecycle governance, and partner with senior leaders to drive a culture of precision and continuous improvement.

You will enable compliant, scalable HR processes, optimize HiBob-based systems, and ensure payroll and People Ops excellence across multiple markets, while fostering growth and wellbeing for a diverse staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in People Ops, including 4+ years in a people leadership role.
• Proven experience scaling and managing multi-country HR operations and payroll in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Dutch labor law; experience with other European jurisdictions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of People Ops Specialists and HR-related roles across EU markets.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle, payroll, and governance with an emphasis on compliance and efficiency.
• Optimize HRIS architecture (HiBob) for data integrity, reporting, and scalable processes.
• Partner with the People Director and leadership to drive culture, learning, and continuous improvement.
