Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an HR Leader Surgery, Benelux & Nordics to partner with leadership and shape the people agenda across the cluster. You will align workforce plans, talent strategy and organizational design to enable sustainable growth and culture anchored in Our Credo.
You will work across markets, lead strategic HR initiatives, and coach leaders to build capable, diverse teams while driving engagement and change across Benelux and Nordics.
Qualifications
- University degree required; qualification in Human Resources, psychology, economics, business or a related discipline preferred.
- Typically 6+ years of professional HR experience in an international, matrixed environment.
- Fluent English; local language capability is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Shape the organization by translating strategy into workforce plans, org design and clear ways of working.
- Lead talent rhythm, succession and pipeline planning; partner with Talent Acquisition and learning teams.
- Coach leaders to improve leadership impact, decision-making, performance and inclusion.
- Drive culture and engagement using employee listening and workforce insights.
- Lead change and transformation in partnership with Legal and Employee Relations.
