Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an HR Leader Surgery for Benelux & Nordics to partner with leadership, design workforce plans and deliver focused action across markets. The role blends business insight with OneHR execution to enable sustainable growth.

The position requires a university degree, 6+ years of strategic HR experience, and fluency in English with local language capability preferred. Regular travel within Benelux and Nordics is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree required; qualification in Human Resources, psychology, economics, business or a related discipline preferred.
• Typically 6+ years of professional experience, including strong strategic HR business partnering experience.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations and senior leaders in an international, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated capability in organization design, workforce planning, talent, succession, leadership coaching and change.

Responsibilities

• Shape the organization by translating business strategy into workforce plans, organization design and clear ways of working.
• Build talent and capability through succession and pipeline planning with Talent Acquisition and learning teams.
• Coach leaders to improve leadership impact, decision-making, performance, inclusion and team effectiveness.
• Drive culture and engagement using employee listening and workforce insights to strengthen engagement and customer centricity.
• Lead change by guiding organization design, restructuring and transformation with relevant stakeholders.
• Integrate OneHR solutions to deliver simple, coherent, locally relevant HR services.
