Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for the Benelux region. You will serve as a key HR liaison for HR Service Delivery, associates, and people leaders, handling complex cases and applying policy expertise.

You will partner with teams to drive local activities, support performance management processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Life Sciences HR in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of HR operations, shared services, or generalist experience.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory with knowledge of Dutch/Belgian labor practices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle transactions and policies.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to support business needs and continuity plans.
• Support performance management, documentation requirements, and talent acquisition activities as assigned.
• Document activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization across HR service delivery.
