Job summary

Danaher Life Sciences in the Netherlands (Benelux) seeks a Senior HR Generalist to support complex HR operations across the Benelux region. You will work with HR Business Partners and people leaders to deliver compliant HR services, drive process improvements, and manage employee lifecycle activities within established policies.

Reporting to the Director of LS Generalist, you will handle complex cases, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to talent acquisition activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, employee relations, or HR generalist roles.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, with knowledge of Dutch and Belgian labor practices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, attendance, benefits, and HR inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to support local business requirements and continuity plans.
• Assist in performance management administration, documentation, and HR processes, including involvement in talent acquisition activities.
• Document case activities and maintain records in HR systems to support compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement across HR service delivery.
