Job summary

Danaher Corporation in the Netherlands seeks a Senior HR Generalist Benelux to support HR services across the Benelux region. You will handle complex HR cases, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and employee inquiries, reporting to the Life Sciences HR leadership.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and centers of excellence to implement local activities, talent processes, and continuity plans, ensuring compliant, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR generalist roles.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory with knowledge of Dutch/ Belgian labour practices.
• Experience independently managing complex HR cases within policy.
• Experience using HRIS, case management systems, and data analysis for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide SME on employee lifecycle, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and inquiries.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to drive local activities and continuity plans.
• Support leaders on performance management administration and HR processes, including talent acquisition activities.
• Document case activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization and automation across HR Service Delivery.
