Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for the Benelux region, based in Amsterdam. You will serve as a key HR liaison between HR Service Delivery, associates, people leaders, and the HR organization, handling complex cases and ensuring policy adherence across the Life Sciences platforms.

You will partner with HRBPs and COE teams to support business needs, drive performance management activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee relations.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; knowledge of Dutch/Belgian labor practices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle transactions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and centers of excellence to drive local activities.
• Support people leaders on performance management, documentation, and HR processes including talent acquisition involvement.
• Document case activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement.
