Job summary

Danaher Life Sciences seeks a Senior HR Generalist Benelux to partner with HR Business Partners and leaders, handling complex cases, policy interpretation, and HR processes across the Benelux region.

Fluent Dutch required; 7+ years in HR operations; experience with HRIS and case management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, employee relations support, or related HR roles.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, with knowledge of Dutch/Belgian labor practices.
• Experience independently handling complex HR cases within policy frameworks.
• Experience using HRIS, case management systems, and related software to analyze data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject-matter expertise on lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, attendance, benefits, and inquiries.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to execute local activities supporting business needs and continuity plans.
• Support leaders on performance management, documentation, and HR processes including talent acquisition activities as assigned.
• Document case activities and maintain records in HRIS to support compliance, audits, reporting, and knowledge management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and automation across HR Service Delivery.
