Job summary

Danaher, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist Benelux to partner with HRBPs, leaders, and the broader HR organization. The role focuses on complex, non-standard HR cases within policy and process frameworks.

You'll contribute to continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and support employee lifecycle activities across the Benelux region, reporting to the Director, LS Generalist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, employee relations support, or generalist/specialist roles.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, with knowledge of Dutch/Belgian labor practices.
• Experience independently managing complex HR cases within policies and procedures.
• Experience using HRIS and case management systems, analyzing data and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle transactions and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to support business requirements and continuity plans.
• Assist leaders with performance management administration and HR processes, including talent acquisition activities.
• Document case activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement across HR service delivery.
