Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group seeks a Senior HR Business Partner for Benelux OPCO to partner with the MD and leadership on people strategy, workforce planning and governance across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will lead HR delivery for Benelux and ensure compliant, effective practices while aligning with global HR priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in a large international organization.
• Strong strategic business partnering with credibility with executive leadership.
• Deep understanding of employment law within Belgium and the Netherlands, and EU regulations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: serve as the primary HR sparring partner to the Benelux OPCO MD and leadership on strategy, workforce planning and people priorities.
• Country HR delivery: own the complete HR agenda for Benelux, translating global standards into locally compliant policies.
• Leadership: lead the Country HR teams Netherlands & Belgium and develop capabilities with clear roles and accountability.
• Talent, Succession & Organisational Effectiveness: drive succession planning and retention aligned to business needs.
• HR Governance, Compliance & Decision Support: provide governance, compliance oversight and risk mitigation across both countries.
• Enterprise Integration: represent Benelux perspectives in enterprise HR discussions and coordinate with Head of HR, Central Europe.
