Job summary

You bring 6–8 years in a broad HR advisory role, a Bachelor's in HR, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level working and thinking ability, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, absence management, and HR processes.
• Experience advising and supporting managers on a wide range of HR matters.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with AFAS is an advantage.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on a wide range of HR-related matters.
• Guide absence management, performance management, employee development, and exit processes.
• Identify HR-related risks and opportunities and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Support organizational changes and team development initiatives.
• Support recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.
• Advise on employment terms and contractual matters.
• Actively participate in HR projects and change initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing professionalization of HR across the organization.
• Analyze HR data, including absenteeism, turnover, and workforce metrics.
• Identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support management reporting and HR analytics.
