Neways Electronics International in the Netherlands seeks a Senior HR Advisor to partner with managers and employees, translating HR policies into practical solutions across absence management, performance, employee development, and employment law. You connect people, drive ownership, and deliver results while collaborating with a broad HR team across locations.

You bring 6–8 years in a broad HR advisory role, a Bachelor's in HR, and fluency in Dutch and English.

• Analyze HR data, including absenteeism, turnover, and workforce metrics.
• Identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support management reporting and HR analytics.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you are a trusted partner for managers and employees within your area of responsibility. You provide expert advice on a wide range of HR topics and support the creation of a positive employee experience, strong teams, and sustainable organizational development.

You translate HR policies into practical solutions and guide managers on topics such as absenteeism management, performance, employee development, employment law, and team development. Thanks to your pragmatic approach, you know how to connect people, encourage ownership, and deliver results.

In addition, you actively contribute to improving HR processes and implementing HR initiatives that support the continued professionalization of the organization.

You work closely with colleagues across the HR team, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll, Health & Fit, and the HR Support Center. You also collaborate regularly with HR colleagues at other locations and work closely with the occupational health service on absence management and sustainable employability initiatives.
