Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelorlevel degree in HR or related field.
• 6–8 years of broad HR advisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
• Experience guiding managers on HR matters and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on HR-related topics across the organisation.
• Guide absence management, performance, development, and exit processes.
• Identify HR risks and opportunities with practical recommendations.
