Job summary

You translate HR policies into practical solutions, support absence management, performance, development, and employment law, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Health & Fit, and HR Support Center to professionalize HR across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level working and thinking ability, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in broad HR advisory.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, absence management, and HR processes.
• Experience advising and supporting managers on HR matters.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on a wide range of HR-related matters.
• Guide absence management, performance management, employee development, and exit processes.
• Identify HR-related risks and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Support organizational changes and team development initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding.
• Analyze HR data and HR analytics to inform management reporting.
