Neways Electronics International NV is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support managers and employees while strengthening our HR foundation in Son. You will partner with management to provide advice on a wide range of HR topics and ensure HR policies contribute to a positive, professional, and future-proof working environment.

You will advise on absence management, recruitment, talent development, performance management, employment law matters, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Extensive HR advisory experience (8+ years preferred).
• Experience with absence management and employment law.
• Strong recruitment, development and engagement skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong relationship building.

Responsabilités

• Advise and support managers, teams, and employees on HR-related matters.
• Manage absence and return-to-work processes and liaison with occupational health services.
• Provide guidance on employment law matters, performance management, and employee development.
• Support recruitment activities and enhance Candidate Experience.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen engagement and positive employee experience.
• Analyze HR data and translate insights into practical improvements.
• Optimize HR processes and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
