Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Senior Human Resource Advisor to partner with employees and leaders across the region, shaping engagement initiatives and ensuring programmes comply with local requirements. The role focuses on employee relations, benefits, payroll communications, and a scalable HR program rollout across sites.

You will support talent acquisition and internal promotions while leveraging AI-powered HR tools to inform decisions and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources with engagement, career development, talent management and employee relations.
• Ability to interpret policies, ensure compliance, and communicate benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR programmes to drive employee engagement and lifecycle from onboarding through exit.
• Advise on employee relations matters, resolving issues confidentially and fairly.
• Roll out site-based programmes such as wellness, internships, and rotations to energize the workplace.
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits, payroll, policies, and HR processes, developing clear communications.
• Maintain knowledge of employment law and compliance in the region.
• Support talent acquisition and internal promotions with global HR teams.
• Leverage AI-powered HR tools and analytics to identify trends and improve programmes.
