HQ Pack is seeking an HR Advisor to support a diverse employee population within an international high-tech manufacturing environment. You’ll handle employee administration across the lifecycle and be the first point of contact for HR questions, helping new colleagues settle in and enabling managers with people-related challenges.
This role blends operational tasks with development projects, offering the chance to improve processes, participate in HR initiatives, and grow your own HR expertise
Starting your HR career often means looking for a place where you can do more than just administration. A place where you’re trusted with real responsibilities, can learn from experienced colleagues, and gradually find your own style as an HR professional. That’s exactly what this role offers. As an HR Advisor, you’ll support a diverse employee population within an international high-tech manufacturing environment. You’ll be involved in the full employee lifecycle and work closely with managers and employees across different departments. From helping a new colleague get off to a smooth start to supporting a manager with a people-related challenge, your work has a direct impact on the employee experience. This is a role where you’ll be encouraged to grow. You don’t need to have all the answers from day one. What matters is that you’re eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and interested in understanding how HR contributes to a successful business. You’ll work on a mix of operational and developmental HR topics. Some days you’ll be processing HR changes and answering employee questions. Other days you’ll be involved in projects, improving processes, or supporting more complex HR cases alongside experienced team members. In short: you’ll get a solid foundation in HR while gaining exposure to the broader business behind it.
