Job summary

Salve.Lab is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join the Growth team. You will personally manage large paid acquisition budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram and Reddit, driving CAC/CPA/ROAS improvements and growth across markets.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, creative testing and budget allocation, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes and direct contribution to campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proven track record managing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Direct experience with $300,000+ monthly ad spend.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across consumer ad platforms.
• Own significant monthly media budgets and budget allocation.
• Lead creative testing and decide what to test, scale or discontinue.
• Analyze CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback to improve performance.
• Scale campaigns across platforms and markets.
• Optimize subscription funnels and conversion journeys.
• Collaborate with Growth team on international expansion.
