Jobgether is seeking a Senior Social Campaign Manager to own paid social campaigns for international clients, primarily Meta Ads, with opportunities to expand to TikTok and Snapchat. The role is remote, with European hours and high autonomy, handling campaigns with budgets over $1 million monthly.

You will work with analytics, creative, CRM, and tracking teams to optimize performance, prepare reports, and communicate results to clients.

Competenze

• 5+ years in paid social advertising, esp. Meta/Facebook Ads, managing campaigns independently.
• Ability to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with large budgets.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and related metrics.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive actions.
• GA experience to assess ad effectiveness and support optimization.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience delivering performance reports to clients or stakeholders.
• Advanced English (C1+) to lead meetings with international clients.
• Autonomy, prioritization, and ownership of results.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams (BI, Creative, Tracking, CRM).
• Willingness for full-time engagement, EU hours; occasional US meetings.
• Nice-to-have: TikTok/Snapchat ads, US/UK client exposure, Tableau/MMM knowledge.

• Launch, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Own large advertising budgets and optimize spending for profitability.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, revenue and other metrics.
• Identify trends, test hypotheses, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Use GA, Google Sheets, and internal tools to evaluate effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.
• Communicate results and recommendations to international clients.
• Collaborate with BI, Creative, Tracking, and CRM teams to improve campaigns.
• Experiment with audiences, creative, structures, bidding, and channels.
• Own results as the primary paid social specialist within the client team.
