Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam is seeking a senior sales leader to own regional P&L, drive growth, and manage distributor relationships. You will partner with marketing, S&OP, and finance to ensure forecast accuracy, profitability, and effective execution of cross-functional sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Modern Trade and/or Distributor Management.
• Excellent leadership with drive for results and speed.
• Strong financial competence including P&L ownership and profitability drivers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build distributor/customer relationships.
• Growth mindset and ability to navigate agile environments.
• Experience negotiating short- and long-term mutually beneficial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the region and deliver annual sales targets while protecting profitability.
• Develop market and product knowledge to identify growth opportunities in the region.
• Manage distributor relationships and improve distributor management per playbook.
• Partner with marketing, S&OP and finance to drive cross-functional sales drivers and forecast accuracy.
• Define and close the Joint Business Plan for 1–3 years with growth drivers, risks and opportunities.
