Job summary

Bynder, a global leader in digital asset management, seeks a Group Product Manager to shape the future of how enterprises govern and activate their digital assets. The role leads a senior team in defining strategy across core DAM capabilities, including ingestion, metadata, rights, workflow, and distribution.

You will operate at a strategic level while staying close to the domain to engage customers, partners, and engineering leadership, driving adoption at scale in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in DAM, CMS, or adjacent content operations platforms.
• Proven industry expertise: understand how content teams operate and how assets move through enterprise deployments.
• Demonstrable experience building products that delivered measurable customer impact.
• 2+ years managing and growing a team of product managers or owners.
• Strong cross-functional leadership aligning engineering, GTM, and executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer conversations and analyst briefings alike.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy across DAM-related product lines.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers with depth and customer empathy.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive product development and adoption.
• Engage with enterprise customers and stakeholders to surface needs and validate the roadmap.
• Represent the product externally with analysts, partners, and prospects.
