Job description

Ready to grow your career by helping the world’s leading brands deliver exceptional content experiences?

Join our global team of 600+ ‘Byndies’ and help 4,000+ organizations work smarter with their content.

At Bynder, we don’t just store creative assets; we enable brands to deliver exceptional content experiences that drive business impact.

In an era of exploding content volume and complexity, the world’s most iconic brands, including Spotify, Campari, and Lacoste, trust Bynder as their single source of truth for creative content. Our industry-leading DAM platform serves as the strategic engine for brand governance and control.

We are leading the shift from management to AI-powered content orchestration. By integrating human-led, customizable AI Agents directly into our enterprise-grade infrastructure, we enable brands to augment their workforce and intelligently automate high-effort workflows without sacrificing brand integrity. We turn creative content into intelligent assets that accelerate personalization and drive measurable business outcomes.

A Group Product Manager at Bynder is a visionary product leader who brings deep domain expertise to shape the future of how enterprises manage, govern, and activate their digital assets. This role leads a team of seasoned product professionals in defining and executing strategy across core DAM capabilities: from asset ingestion and metadata architecture to rights management, workflow, and content distribution.

This is a senior leadership position that requires genuine fluency in the DAM and adjacent content operations landscape as well a good understanding of AI technologies. You understand how brands operate their content supply chains, where DAM sits in the broader martech and CMS ecosystem, and what it takes to build products that earn adoption at enterprise scale. You act at a strategic level while staying close enough to the domain to engage credibly with customers, partners, and engineering leadership.

You are also responsible for managing the processes and your team, who are in turn responsible for realizing individual product roadmaps and OKRs.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy across your product lines, grounded in a clear point of view on where DAM is heading and how Bynder wins

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering an environment of domain depth, customer empathy, and execution rigor

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: engineering, sales, marketing, customer success to drive successful product development, launch, and adoption

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to surface emerging needs, validate direction, and build conviction around the roadmap

  • Represent the product externally with analysts, partners, and prospects

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in DAM, CMS, or adjacent content operations platforms (PIM, MRM, Brand Management, Creative Workflow)

  • Proven industry expertise: you understand how content teams operate, how assets move through a production and distribution lifecycle, and where the friction points are in real enterprise deployments

  • Demonstrable experience building products that created meaningful impact for customers: not just shipped, but adopted and valued

  • 2+ years managing and growing a team of product managers or product owners

  • Fluency in the martech ecosystem with a strong understanding of DXP’s and systems integrations in the context of how Digital Asset Management co-exists alongside CMS, PIM, and creative tooling.

  • Experience managing products at different lifecycle stages and taking products to market with a good understanding of packaging and field and customer enablement.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, go-to-market, and executive stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in customer conversations and analyst briefings alike
