Job summary

TestGorilla, a fully remote, global team, seeks a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to lead our largest acquisition lever: a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment.

You’ll own lifecycle and enrichment systems turning spend into pipeline, driving sustainable, cost-efficient growth as TestGorilla scales. You’ll design the roadmap for paid and organic channels, run rapid tests with statistical rigor, build automated nurture workflows (n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay), and partner with Sales and RevOps

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and related measurement tools.
• Experience owning large paid budgets (six figures/month) in B2B SaaS contexts preferred.
• Strong data analysis, attribution modeling, and optimization discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation number across paid and organic channels.
• Manage and scale Google Ads budget, with testing of new opportunities (AI-native platforms).
• Build source-of-truth reporting with dashboards and attribution models.
• Own paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers; run rapid, statistically rigorous A/B tests.
• Design and manage automated nurture workflows (n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay).
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and conversions; report to leadership.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and AI ecosystem trends; automate wins.
