Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is hiring a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine across Google and Meta, with full authority over systems, measurement, creative testing, capital allocation, and the team reporting directly to the CEO.

You will design the pause/hold/scale logic, guardrails, and escalation protocols from scratch, deploy incrementality testing, and build a scalable creative engine and promo architecture that drives

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with ownership of $1M+/month on Google and Meta.
• Experience building or restructuring a performance marketing function.
• Ability to design scalable measurement, capital allocation, and escalation protocols.
• Experience in a D2C or high-AOV e-commerce context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid engine end to end with multi-million-dollar monthly budgets across Google and Meta.
• Design pause/hold/scale logic and budget guardrails and act as single source of truth on paid media performance.
• Lead the performance marketing function with direct CEO sign-off, shaping the org design.
