Job summary

ennovationHUB is seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist to own the Google Ads performance for a brand across multiple international markets. You will manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and related types, driving growth, efficiency, and profitability.

You will work with the Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists to scale results, analyze data, and implement testing strategies. Remote-friendly, with travel to team locations as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Experience with in-house e-commerce teams and performance ownership.
Strong experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
Familiarity with analytics tracking and measurement.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of Google Ads performance for one brand across multiple international markets.
Manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other types.
Monitor ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue and profitability.
Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, markets and audiences.
Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Conduct account audits and ongoing optimisation initiatives.
Collaborate with developers, analytics, and creative teams for tracking and landing page effectiveness.
Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
