You will own delivery of comprehensive rewards programs, ensuring adoption, governance, and alignment with global principles—while balancing GTM priorities with enterprise fairness and budget constraints.

Leverage deep expertise in base pay, incentives, and equity, guiding governance and architecture across geographies.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in compensation or total rewards, including sales/GTM partner work in a complex multinational.
• Strong knowledge of base salary, incentives, equity, market pricing, job evaluation, and annual compensation planning with GTM focus.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills to translate data into executive recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders while balancing advocacy with governance and governance.
• Executive-level communication, consulting, and facilitation to align diverse stakeholders on rewards concepts.

Aufgaben

• Owns end-to-end delivery of global rewards programs for GTM and translates frameworks into actionable plans and communications.
• Acts as trusted advisor to senior GTM leaders, HRBP, and Talent Acquisition; ensures consistency, fairness, affordability, and governance.
• Leads evaluation of GTM roles within Nebius' job architecture; recommends grade, salary range, incentives, and equity treatment.
• Manages GTM delivery across merit, bonus, and equity cycles; coordinates timelines, calibrations, and budget-adherent outcomes.
• Partners with Rewards owners, Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and leaders to deliver sales incentive and variable pay programs; proposes changes through governance when needed.
• Monitors market trends and internal data to identify gaps and provide practical recommendations for global programs.
• Applies Nebius' equity frameworks across GTM; surfaces geography/performance differentiation through governance.
• Develops exec pay positioning insights, budget impact, hiring trends, and retention risk related to GTM signals.
• Tracks delivery and effectiveness of rewards programs; leads corrective action for pay risks with stakeholders.
• Bridges GTM and global Rewards; guides manager enablement and supports rewards professionals.
