Responsibilities
- Owns salary structure, pay ranges, and midpoints; presents changes for approval.
- Leads merit and bonus planning cycles and aligns with Finance.
- Develops compensation policies; ensures compliance with regulations.
- Generates compensation reporting and analyzes equity or compression issues.
