Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Progressive experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, job analysis/evaluation, and market pricing.
• Experience with HCM/compensation systems, advanced Excel, and BI/reporting tools.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
