Job summary

Nebius is seeking a senior Rewards Business Partner to bridge global rewards with its GTM organization. You will own the delivery of company-wide rewards programs, ensuring adoption, governance, and alignment with global principles across geographies and functions.

You will advise senior leaders on salary ranges, incentives, and equity, lead cross-functional cycles, and partner with Finance, HR, and Sales Ops to optimize outcomes while maintaining consistency and affordability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in compensation or total rewards with GTM exposure in a multinational setting.
• Advanced knowledge of base salary, incentives, equity, market pricing, and annual compensation planning.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to translate data into executive recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders while balancing advocacy with governance.
• Executive-level communication, consulting, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of global rewards programs for GTM.
• Advise senior GTM leaders while ensuring governance and consistency.
• Lead evaluation of GTM roles, advising on grade, salary range, and equity treatment.
• Guide merit, bonus, and equity cycles and coordinate global timelines.
• Collaborate with Rewards, Sales Ops, Finance, HR on incentive programs and governance.
• Monitor market trends and workforce data to propose practical improvements.
• Apply global equity frameworks across GTM with governance channels.
• Develop executive pay positioning, budget impact, and hiring trend insights.
• Track delivery and address risks in rewards programs across geographies.
• Bridge GTM and global Rewards to ensure alignment and enablement.
