Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Director of Restaurant Experience (CX) to oversee the partner journey from sign-up to growth across markets. You will align Product & Tech, Logistics, CS, Marketing and Commercial teams to improve partner satisfaction and retention.

You will lead transformation programmes to simplify and connect the partner experience, with a focus on POS systems, devices, and integrations, while building and coaching a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Senior track record in partner or customer experience across the lifecycle.
• Strong influencing skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset tying partner experience to commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for partner experience across the journey and roadmap.
• Oversee POS and device ecosystem connecting kitchens to JET platforms.
• Lead NPS and Voice of Partner programs with listening forums.
• Drive cross-functional improvements with Marketing, Sales, Logistics and CS.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary partner integrations team.
