Job summary

Monex Europe Markets S.V in Amsterdam seeks an experienced FX Trader to execute client orders, manage hedges and liaise with counterparties while maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires deep knowledge of FX markets, regulatory compliance and KYC processes.

You will support risk management and collaborate with Sales and other departments in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Office-based in Amsterdam, the candidate should be fluent in English with German language skills

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated investment firm.
• Track record with French clients.
• Senior level experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of FX regulatory environment.
• Ability to manage risk and ensure compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of FX markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute client orders in FX and hedging with banking counterparties.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) to tailor suitable products and onboarding.
• Monitor economic climate and impact on Monex and clients.
• Understand and manage market, counterparty, and operational risks.
• Record and maintain trading activity logs per policy.
• Maintain client relationships and collaborate with Sales.
• Liaise with other departments to provide comprehensive support.
• Contribute input into business development and service offerings.
