Job summary

ALT21 is seeking an Analyst in Amsterdam for a hands-on, entry-level role at the centre of how ALT21 wins new business. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own outbound activity, qualify accounts, and book meetings to completion, learning to build trust and structure pitches with senior closers.

You will work with the FX hedging product depth—spot, forwards, options and treasury—and develop curiosity about how clients hedge.

Qualifications

• Strong appetite for outbound sales and high call volumes.
• Comfortable with a target-driven, activity-based structure.
• Clear, confident communication to build rapport on the phone.
• Curiosity about FX and financial markets.
• Coachable and open to feedback from senior colleagues.
• Desirable: experience in outbound sales or SDR-style roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities through outbound activity (around 90–100 dials and an hour of talk time per day).
• Build and qualify a personal pipeline, hitting monthly targets (20 qualified accounts, 5 meetings/demos booked and 4 new accounts).
• Work every opportunity alongside a senior colleague to close deals.
• Build early client relationships and trust to enable senior closers.
• Learn ALT21's full product set — spot, forwards, options and treasury services.
