PUM is seeking a Business Developer Foundations & Corporate Partnerships to expand funding from corporate and family foundations and companies. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and translate ambitions into funding proposals in collaboration with country managers and MEAL teams.

This is a strategic, hands-on role that shapes fundraising and requires a robust network in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in fundraising or business development with foundations/companies.
• Strong ability to secure grants and partnerships and understand decision processes.
• Excellent proposal writing with strategic and practical orientation.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities with corporate and family foundations and companies aligned with PUM.
• Build and maintain relationships with foundations and companies and grow the pipeline.
• Collaborate with country managers and MEAL team to translate ideas into funding proposals.
• Lead end-to-end proposal process from concept to submission on deadlines.
• Advise on opportunities and strategically assess partnerships fit for long-term strategy.
• Report progress to the Managing Director and manage the opportunity pipeline.
• Collaborate with Institutional Funding to align fundraising activities.
• Contribute to a stronger fundraising culture across the organisation.
