Job summary

Liliane Fonds in the Netherlands is seeking a Partnership Development Lead to expand our relationships with Private and Corporate Foundations across Europe and the Global South. You will identify opportunities, shape compelling proposals, and collaborate with programme teams to fund and implement projects.

Based in ’s-Hertogenbosch, this 32-hour-per-week role offers a monthly salary of €3,373–€5,422 gross, a 12-month contract with potential permanence, and an inclusive, mission‑driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Academic thinking level and relevant work experience.
• Extensive network in Dutch and international funding landscape, especially.Private and Corporate Foundations.
• Experience building relationships with donors and NGOs in Europe and the Global South.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (C1/C2 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for partnerships with Private and Corporate Foundations and funding for Liliane Fonds projects.
• Convert opportunities into competitive, high quality funding proposals with colleagues and partners.
• Develop and maintain a broad network of funders from Foundations and other Institutional Funders.
• Map subsidy schemes and advise colleagues on funding possibilities.
• Coordinate the development of funding applications with programmatic experts and partners.
