Job summary

Jobgether in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Core UX to refine product experiences, ensure consistency, and deliver polished interfaces.

You will collaborate with frontend (React), backend (serverless, cloud), data, ML, and DevOps teams to build scalable solutions while owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision. This role emphasizes craftsmanship and proactive collaboration in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of polishing product functionality for premium UX.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, architecture, and problem solving.
• Professional experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python; other OO languages encouraged.
• Experience with serverless technologies and cloud environments (AWS Lambda, EC2).
• Experience designing or working with asynchronous workflows and scalable backend systems.
• Relational databases experience, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills in a distributed environment.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or distributed systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Refine and enhance product usability, consistency, responsiveness, performance, and visual quality.
• Improve user experience by focusing on layouts, interactions, and polish.
• Design, develop, debug, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions.
• Contribute to frontend development with modern frameworks (React).
• Develop backend functionality including serverless and cloud services.
• Work with relational databases and data solutions.
• Collaborate across globally distributed teams.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem to delivery.
