Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer based in the Netherlands for a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end design from concept to polished interfaces, collaborating with developers and creative teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities include translating briefs into user flows, building high-fidelity designs, and creating interactive prototypes with Figma. Strong English communication and autonomous work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or related senior role.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX capabilities across web and mobile.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and IA.
• Excellent written and verbal English with clear design rationale.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile products balancing usability and aesthetics.
• Translate briefs into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate behavior and transitions.
• Establish visual design systems with disciplined grids and responsive layouts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible implementation and delivery.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Own projects from concept through final delivery and iterate based on feedback.
• Organize design workflows and documentation for distributed teams.
• Contribute to experimental and AI-assisted design workflows when appropriate.
