Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer based in the Netherlands to bridge software engineering, marketing tech, and data science. You will implement server-to-server integrations, tracking parity, and AI-assisted growth tooling while ensuring privacy and reliable attribution across channels.

You will collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Partnerships to translate commercial hypotheses into scalable engineering solutions, owning end-to-end delivery from data pipelines to platform

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-grade systems.
• Experience applying Domain-Driven Design to data or business systems.
• Extensive experience building and operating REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of privacy, tracking, and consent frameworks in modern marketing tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain server-to-server integrations with ad/marketing platforms.
• Own end-to-end tracking parity and mobile measurement configurations.
• Define and enforce marketing tracking standards and governance.
• Act as technical authority for tracking quality across growth tech stacks.
• Collaborate with Data/Analytics and Growth teams to translate hypotheses into tech requirements.
• Document architectural decisions and data practices for scalable knowledge sharing.
• Promote engineering practices around testing, reliability, and production ownership.
