Job summary

Fortrea in Leiden, Netherlands is seeking an experienced FSP sales leader to act as a strategic business partner for biotech and pharma clients. You will drive the annual sales plan, nurture key accounts, and coordinate with BD, operations, pricing, and proposals to win multi-unit opportunities.

The role requires deep FSP domain knowledge, executive level communication, and a proven ability to manage complex client relationships in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Experience selling FSP models to biotech and large pharma companies.
• Ability to manage difficult client and/or financial situations.
• Knowledge of drug development processes and industry dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual sales plan and targets for FSP opportunities in collaboration with BD.
• Establishes and grows client relationships at appropriate levels.
• Develops account plans and partnership strategies for key accounts and strategic partners.
