Job summary

Syneos Health Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Manager FSP The Netherlands to lead a multifunctional team delivering high-quality clinical development services.

You will interact with customer stakeholders, ensure KPI performance, and drive resource planning while maintaining regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and bilingual Dutch-English capabilities, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English; strong written and spoken communication

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with customer points of contact on service delivery for team members.
• Develops and fosters strong customer relationships at a local level.
• Manages performance and daily activities of multifunctional team members to meet KPIs; develops remediation plans as needed.
• Manages resource availability and resolves resourcing conflicts for project teams.
• Solicits feedback for continuous improvement of service delivery and customer relationships.
• Communicates customer issues through escalation channels and ensures SOP/WIs compliance.
