Job summary

A leading biopharmaceutical solutions company in Amsterdam is seeking a Manager FSP for the Netherlands to manage customer relationships and lead multifunctional teams. The ideal candidate will have substantial clinical research experience and a strong understanding of governance in a clinical setting. This role demands fluency in Dutch and English alongside exceptional communication skills, helping to drive service delivery excellence for customers across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive clinical research experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure service delivery.
• Manage performance and activities of team members to meet KPIs.
• Conduct oversight visits as required for Clinical Research Associates.
