Job summary

UNIT4 NV in the Netherlands seeks a seasoned Senior EPM Consultant to lead transformative FP&A implementations for our customers. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, delivery, and post-go-live success, helping them unlock the full value of their financial planning solutions.

You’ll partner with Sales, design scalable solutions, mentor colleagues, and ensure governance, data integrity, and adoption across multiple projects.

• Experience leading FP&A delivery projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and Sales.
• Mentor colleagues and drive delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A delivery projects aligning with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales for seamless handovers and project kickoff.
• Design scalable, cost-effective FP&A solutions that drive adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and best practices from your experience.
• Support the PM to oversee project governance: design, timelines, budgets, risks, and change management
• Provide quality assurance across multiple concurrent FP&A implementations.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Integrate financial and operational data sources for end-to-end visibility and integrity.
• Enable predictive analytics and scenario modeling for agile decision-making.
• Implement rolling forecasts and driver-based models to enhance planning agility.
• Help customers define KPIs and track performance to maximize strategic value.
• Align Finance with HR, Sales, and Operations for cross-functional planning.
