Job summary

Michael Page (Netherlands) is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to lead regional financial performance management, linking operational metrics to financial outcomes through robust modelling and scenario analysis.

You will consolidate planning and reporting for senior stakeholders, evaluate performance against budgets and forecasts, and partner with commercial leaders to provide actionable financial insights across budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. Hybrid working arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A experience in corporate finance, advisory or accounting environments.
• Strong skills in financial modelling, performance analysis and scenario planning.
• Proven track record leading budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning cycles.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and presenting complex findings concisely.
• Capability to build relationships across finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with automation, analytics or AI in finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance management across a regional business unit with robust modelling and scenario analysis.
• Consolidate planning and reporting outputs for senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate performance against budgets, forecasts and strategic objectives and identify risks/opportunities.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial leaders with guidance and insights.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and long-range planning with aligned assumptions.
• Improve reporting frameworks and financial processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Support adoption of automation, advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions within finance.
• Manage the financial planning calendar and ensure timely reporting across revenue and cost areas.
