World Resources Institute Europe is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead planning, budgeting and analysis for the Europe region. You will own budgeting, forecasts, cash flow and reporting packs to support the regional director and donor-funded projects.

Hybrid two days in office; The Hague is preferred, London also possible. Strong Excel modelling, experience with Workday/Adaptive Planning, and familiarity with multiple currencies and donor requirements are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• An accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/CMA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• full-time accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting and audit procedures.
• Strong financial modelling skills in Excel with complex formulas.
• Experience budgeting or reporting across multiple entities or currencies.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP; Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Experience with donor-funded projects or grants desirable.
• Knowledge of Netherlands accounting regulations for not-for-profit entities.

Mansioni

• Plan, budget and forecast for Europe entities; prepare budget vs. actual packs.
• Maintain planning assumptions including FX rates and headcount.
• Prepare cash-flow forecasts and monitor cash position.
• Support donor budgets, proposals and donor compliance.
• Coordinate monthly close and inter-entity reconciliations.
• Produce dashboards and management reports for non-finance stakeholders.
