Job summary

Unilabs Netherlands, a leading diagnostic provider, seeks a strong FP&A leader to guide a team of five financial business partners and report to the CFO. You will oversee planning processes for our Dutch operations and partner with country leadership to drive performance.

Requirements include a Master’s in Finance, 10+ years in FP&A, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role offers a hybrid setup in Amsterdam with remote flexibility and career growth within Unilabs’ European footprint.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years leading FP&A teams.
• 10+ years FP&A and financial analysis.
• Strong modelling and BI/ reporting skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Experience in international/matrix setups.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the FP&A team (5 direct reports).
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning improvements.
• Perform variance analyses of P&L and cashflow, explain drivers.
• Monitor financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analyses and business cases.
• Challenge assumptions and support data-driven decisions.
• Improve data quality and financial data governance.
